These Terms govern your use of the Sportez Platform. By using the Platform you accept these Terms.
1. The Service
Sportez is a meetup platform that lets amateur athletes create, discover and join sports events. Sportez does not organize events; events are created and run by users.
2. Account
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your account secure and your credentials confidential.
3. Community Rules
Harassment, hate speech, fraud, spam, inappropriate content and spoofing location/GPS (check-in manipulation) are prohibited. Violations may lead to content removal, reduced visibility or account suspension.
4. Content
You are responsible for content you upload. Content may be moderated and removed if it violates the community rules. You grant us a limited license to display your content on the Platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
Participation in events is at your own risk. Sportez is not responsible for meetups between users or incidents at events. The service is provided "as is".
