Data Deletion Request

You have the right to delete your account and associated personal data (GDPR Art. 17 / KVKK Art. 11). Here is how.
In-app (recommended)
Sportez app → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is started with one tap; a step-up verification is required for security.
By email
From your registered email address, send a request titled "Data Deletion Request" to destek@sportez.io.
Process & data deleted
The request enters a 7-day soft-delete window (reversible in-app during this time), then is permanently deleted. Deletion covers your profile, push tokens, uploaded media, chat messages and analytics. Records subject to legal retention (e.g. audit/transaction logs) may be kept in anonymized/limited form for the period required by law.
